- Разрабатывает или принимает участие в разработке документов правового характера. - Принимает участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров, проведении их правовой экспертизы, а также рассмотрении вопросов о дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. - В соответствии с трудовым законодательством оформляет материалы о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. - Принимает участие в работе по разработке локальных актов Учреждения. - Подготавливает справочную документацию на основе применения современных информационных технологий и вычислительных средств. - Осуществляет информирование работников Учреждения о действующем законодательстве и изменениях в нем, ознакомление должностных лиц Учреждения с нормативными правовыми актами, относящимися к их деятельности. - Проводит мониторинг действующего законодательства, регламентирующего порядки предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг, оказываемых на базе Учреждения, а также своевременное информирование работников Учреждения о его изменении. - Принимает участие в разработке и подготовке информационных, аналитических, методических материалов по вопросам предоставления платных услуг, оказываемых на базе Учреждения. - Принимает участие в разработке локальных актов Учреждения, регламентирующих предоставление государственных и муниципальных услуг на базе Учреждения. - Консультирует работников учреждения по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам, подготавливает заключения, оказывает содействие в оформлении документов и актов имущественно-правового характера. - Занимается закупочной деятельность в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 18.07.2011 г. № 223-ФЗ О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц и при необходимости Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 г. № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд . - Размещает информацию на Официальном сайте для размещения информации о государственных (муниципальных) учреждениях (bus.gov.ru).
