Организация административно-хозяйственного обеспечения работы предприятия. Обеспечение хранения ценностей в своей зоне ответственности. Представление предприятия в контактах с партнерами по вопросам закупок соответствующей продукции и её эксплуатации. Обеспечение действующих норм эксплуатации инструментов и инвентаря подчиненными сотрудниками. Организация проведения соответствующих ремонтных мероприятий в зоне своей ответственности. Отслеживание ситуации с материалами, инструментами, инвентарем, которые применяются в хозяйственной деятельности, а также их замена и закупка. и т.д.

Знание: нормативно-правовой базы, регулирующей сферу деятельности, правил ведения документооборота, принципов организации хозяйственной деятельности и других аспектов. Навыки: управление персоналом, планирование рабочего процесса, организация труда обслуживающего персонала и другие. Умение: вести переговоры и деловую переписку, находить решения в аварийных ситуациях, обобщать и систематизировать поступающую информацию и другие. Знание: основ работы с офисным оборудованием, компьютерами и соответствующим программным обеспечением, актуальных нормативов технологической и пожарной безопасности, а также принципов трудовой дисциплины.
