The posting

1. Производит систематический осмотр технического состояния закрепленных за ним объектов (зданий, сооружений, оборудования и механизмов). 2. Производит техническое обслуживание согласно правилам эксплуатации и мелкий текущий ремонт закрепленных за ним объектов. 3. При проведении ремонтно-строительных работ применяет подмостки, стремянки. 4. Выполняет текущий ремонт и техническое обслуживание систем центрального отопления, водоснабжения, канализации и другого оборудования, механизмов, конструкций с выполнением слесарных, паяльных и сварочных работ. 5. Производит сезонную подготовку обслуживаемых зданий, сооружений, оборудования и механизмов. 6. Устраняет повреждения и неисправности по заявкам персонала учреждения. 7. Обеспечение уборки зданий и прилегающих к ним территорий. 8.Проведение профилактических и ремонтных мероприятий в сфере технического обслуживания зданий. 9.Проведение необходимых мероприятий сезонного характера (уборка льда, снега и пр.).

Рабочий относится к категории технических работников. 2. Требования к квалификации: среднее (полное) общее образование, без предъявления требований к стажу работы. 3. Рабочий должен знать: - правила и технологию производства ремонтно-строительных работ; - правила технического обслуживания и текущего ремонта закрепленных за ним объектов; - режим работы учреждения; - правила внутреннего трудового распорядка; - правила техники безопасности и противопожарной безопасности; - правила и нормы охраны труда. 4. Назначение на должность рабочего по зданию и освобождение от должности производятся приказом директора учреждения. 5. Рабочий подчиняется непосредственно директору учреждения. 6. На время отсутствия рабочего (командировка, отпуск, болезнь, пр.) его обязанности выполняет лицо, назначенное в установленном порядке. Данное лицо приобретает соответствующие права и несет ответственность за ненадлежащее исполнение возложенных на него обязанностей.
