Бухгалтер по работе с казначейством и кассовым операциям: 3.1. Вести бухгалтерский учет, обязательств и хозяйственных операций на вверенном участке работы. 3.2. Принимать участие в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий, направленных на соблюдение финансовой дисциплины и рациональное использование ресурсов; 3.3. Принимать и контролировать первичную документацию по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета и подготавливать их к счетной обработке, а именно: - формирование платежных документов в программе 1C; - выгрузка данных в программу СУФД (казначейство); - отправка платежных поручений с подтверждающими документами в СУФД, - получение выписок из Казначейства, - ежедневная разноска выписок по лицевым счетам; - контроль за документооборотом на данном участке, - переписка с Казначейством в СУФД - контроль остатков денежных средств по лицевым счетам; 3.4. Производить операции по фиксированию посредством контрольно-кассовой машины полученных наличных денежных средств Соблюдать законодательные и нормативные акты, выполнять работу по приему, выдаче и хранению наличных денег. 3.5. Вести первичную документацию по приему и выдаче наличных денег. 3.6. Передавать в соответствии с установленным порядком денежные средства инкассаторам. 3.7. Отражать на счетах бухгалтерского учета операции, связанные с движением денежных средств, контролировать достоверность учета поступающих денежных средств, составлять кассовую отчетность, подготавливать данные для составления отчетности. 3.8. Является материально ответственным лицом и после издания приказа о назначении его на работу обязан под расписку ознакомиться с Порядком ведения кассовых операций в Российской Федерации и заключить договор о полной материальной ответственности. 3.9. Оформлять документы в соответствии с установленным порядком для передачи в архив. 3.10. Подготавливать информацию для составления баланса, и других оперативных сводных отчетов. 3.11. Принимать участие в разработке и внедрении рациональной деятельности, прогрессивных методов ведения учета на основе применения информационно вычислительных технологий. 3.12. Повышать свою квалификацию по бухгалтерскому учету. 3.13. Выполнять поручения главного бухгалтера в рамках своей компетенции.
