1. Принимать участие в сборе, подготовке показателей, разработке и организации выполнения прогнозов социально-экономического развития муниципального района на плановый период.2. Обеспечивать сбор информации, проводить анализ оперативной информации о работе предприятий дорожного хозяйства, предприятий, осуществляющих деятельность в сфере транспортного обслуживания населения Николаевского муниципального района . 3. Вносить предложения по принятию мер для выявления и устранениянарушений условия обеспечения транспортными услугами населения муниципального района и городского поселения.5. Участвовать в подготовке муниципальных контрактов, документациидля осуществления закупок, на проектно-изыскательские работы по ремонту мостовых сооружений на автомобильных дорогах местного значения вне границнаселенных пунктов, на ремонт и содержание указанных дорог, документации для осуществления закупок наремонт улично-дорожной сети и мероприятий по обеспечению безопасности дорожного движения на ней городского поселения "Город Николаевск-на-Амуре".4. Осуществлять контроль за состоянием дорог местного значения 5. Участвовать в разработке проекта сметы дорожного фонда на очереднойфинансовый год, подготавливать предложения по распределению средств дорожного фонда по целевым направлениям. 6 Подготавливать проекты нормативных правовых актов о временном ограничении движения в период весенней распутицы по автомобильным дорогам местного значения, находящимся в собственности муниципального района в целях обеспечения сохранности дорог и дорожных сооружений.10. Участвовать в работе комиссий по безопасности дорожного движения,по приемке в эксплуатацию ледовой переправы. 7. Осуществлять мониторинг состояния работы ледовой переправы черезр. Амур. Готовить проекты постановлений администрации муниципального района о разрешении юридическим и физическим лицам оборудования ледовых переправ через р. Амур.
