Организация работы врача. Подготавливает кабинет к приёму: получает карты, бланки рецептов и направлений, инструменты и расходные материалы. Регулирует поток пациентов. Работа на амбулаторном приёме. Измеряет базовые показатели (давление, температуру, пульс, антропометрические данные рост, вес). Записывает результаты в амбулаторную карту и в электронную медицинскую систему (МИС). Выполняет назначенные врачом манипуляции: инъекции, перевязки, забор биоматериала. Патронажная работа. Активно посещает пациентов на дому тех, кто не может прийти в поликлинику: маломобильных, тяжелобольных, пожилых. Выполняет врачебные назначения на дому (инъекции, контроль показателей), оценивает условия жизни и социальный статус, при необходимости передаёт информацию врачу или в социальные службы. В детской практике проводит первичный патронаж новорождённых. Профилактическая деятельность и диспансеризация. Организует и проводит профилактические осмотры, углублённые медицинские осмотры. Формирует списки граждан для диспансерного наблюдения, приглашает на плановые явки. Участвует в вакцинопрофилактике: формирует прививочные планы, вызывает на прививки, ведёт документацию (карты профилактических прививок), отслеживает поствакцинальные реакции. Проводит санитарно-просветительскую работу: консультирует по здоровому образу жизни, организует занятия в школах здоровья (например, для пациентов с гипертонией, диабетом). Диспансерное наблюдение. Осуществляет динамическое наблюдение за пациентами, в том числе за теми, кто имеет право на набор социальных услуг. Неотложная помощь. Оказывает доврачебную помощь при острых заболеваниях, травмах, отравлениях и других неотложных состояниях как в поликлинике, так и на дому. Оформление документов. Заполняет листки нетрудоспособности, документы для направления на медико-социальную экспертизу, заключения о необходимости санаторно-курортного лечения. Работа с документацией участка. Ведёт амбулаторные карты, листы уточнённых диагнозов, карты диспансерного наблюдения. Составляет отчёты о работе участка (ежемесячные, годовые), работает со статистическими талонами. Профилактические и противоэпидемические мероприятия. Соблюдает санитарно-гигиенический режим, правила асептики и антисептики, организует стерилизацию инструментов. При выявлении инфекционного заболевания оформляет экстренное извещение и передаёт его в Роспотребнадзор. Взаимодействие. Координирует работу с другими медицинскими организациями, страховыми компаниями, а также с органами социальной защиты для организации медико-социальной помощи отдельным категориям граждан (одиноким, престарелым, инвалидам, хроническим больным). Организационные задачи. Руководит деятельностью младшего медицинского персонала, обеспечивает врача необходимыми медикаментами, стерильными инструментами и спецодеждой.
