- комплектует состав класса, осуществляет набор вновь поступающих и принимает меры по со хранению контингента обучающихся в течение срока обучения; - обеспечивает педагогически обоснованный выбор форм, средств и методов работы (обучения) исходя из психофизиологической и педагогической целесообразности - проводит учебные занятия, опираясь на достижения в области методической, педагогической и психологической наук, возрастной психологии и школьной гигиены, а также современных информационных технологий; - поддерживает учебную дисциплину, режим посещения занятий, уважая человеческое достоинство, честь и репутацию обучающихся; - осуществляет контрольно-оценочную деятельность в образовательном процессе; - участвует в разработке и реализации образовательных про грамм; - вносит предложения по совершенствованию образовательного процесса в образовательном учреждении; - оказывает особую поддержку одаренным и талантливым обучающимся. Организует участие обучающихся, воспитанников в массовых мероприятиях; - осуществляет связь с родителями или лицами, их заменяющими; - участвует в деятельности педагогического и иных советов образовательного учреждения, а также в деятельности областных методических объединений и других формах методической работы; - составляет планы и программы занятий, обеспечивает их вы полнение; - ведет установленную документацию и отчетность; - содействует развитию личности, талантов и способностей обучающихся, формированию их общей культуры, расширению социальной сферы в их воспитании; - разрабатывает рабочие программы учебных дисциплин, по своей дисциплине и другие материалы, обеспечивающие воспитание и качество подготовки обучающихся, несет ответственность за реализацию их в полном объеме в соответствии с учебным планом и графиком учебного процесса, а также за качество подготовки выпускников; - обеспечивает охрану жизни и здоровья обучающихся во время образовательного процесса; - соблюдает правила противопожарной безопасности, правила охраны труда и техники безопасности в школе и режим экономии электроэнергии, тепла, холодной воды, осуществлять мероприятия, направленные на сохранение имущества школы; - соблюдает этические нормы поведения в школе, в быту, в об щественных местах, соответствующие общественному положению преподавателя; - профессионально владеет техникой исполнения на музыкальном инструменте. Определяет направление педагогической деятельности, учитывая индивидуальные возрастные особенности учащихся, а также их музыкальные способности; - принимает участие в совещаниях, конференциях, контрольных мероприятиях (контрольных уроках, зачетах, академических концертах, экзаменах), культурно-просветительских мероприятиях, организуемых школой.
