Команда Управления маркетинга генеративного ИИ отвечает за разработку и запуск data-driven продукта, который превращает клиентские данные в мощный инструмент маркетинга и персонализации. Наша задача — не просто создать красивую статистику, а превратить ее в новый канал коммуникации. Мы ищем человека, который проведет этот продукт по всему пути: от проектирования клиентского опыта до разработки креативной стратегии и управления масштабной рекламной кампанией. Чем предстоит заниматься: управлять проектом в полном цикле: от разработки стратегии реализации до аналитики результатов запуска координировать работу ДЗО и кросс-функциональных команд (бизнес, аналитика, продукт, разработка, дизайн, агентства) разрабатывать data-driven концепцию персональной статистики совместно с аналитиками и владельцами данных проектировать CJM и координировать UX/UI для создания целостного клиентского опыта организовывать разработку креатива, контента и рекламных коммуникаций вести документооборот, согласовывать и запускать все необходимые бюрократические процедуры контролировать запуск, анализировать эффективность и обеспечивать достижение целевых показателей. Что для нас важно: высшее образование опыт управления кросс-функциональными проектами полного цикла в крупной компании от 2-х лет опыт запуска спецпроектов и кампаний федерального масштаба понимание data-driven подхода, продуктовой аналитики и работы с клиентскими данными знание принципов CJM, UX/UI, CRM и маркетинговых коммуникаций навыки применения ИИ в профессиональной деятельности (например, Гигачат, Кандинский).
