ДОЛЖНОСТНЫЕ ОБЯЗАННОСТИ 1. Разрабатывает годовые, квартальные планы работы и обеспечивает их выполнение; 2. Осуществляет деятельность по совершенствованию и развитию форм и методов хореографического искусства, улучшения деятельности творческих хореографических коллективов, более активного их участия в культурной жизни республики; 3. Способствует возрождению духовности, нравственности и патриотизма, формирование здорового образа жизни и эстетического воспитания в творческих коллективах (учебно-воспитательные планы, репертуарные сборники, методические рекомендации и т.п.); 4. Анализирует и прогнозирует дальнейшее развитие хореографического искусства в республике; 5. Изучает, обобщает и распространяет на территории республики позитивный опыт работы хореографических коллективов; 6. Разрабатывает методические материалы в помощь учреждениям культуры, художественным руководителям хореографических коллективов; 7. Изучает и популяризует фольклор, народные традиции, обычаи, обряды, праздники характерные для народов КЧР для использования в хореографических постановках; 8. Проводит семинары, мастер-классы, творческие лаборатории, организует стажировки для художественных руководителей хореографических коллективов; 9. Осуществляет методическую и практическую помощь в развитии и совершенствовании данного жанра, выезжает на места по заявкам клубных учреждений по индивидуальному графику; 10. Осуществляет отбор и рекомендует коллективы для участия в Международных, Российских, Региональных и Республиканских мероприятиях; 11. Проводит районные, республиканские смотры, конкурсы профессионального мастерства художественных руководителей хореографических коллективов; 12. Осуществляет командировки в клубные учреждения республики с целью оказания методической и практической помощи; 13. Принимает активное участие во всех мероприятиях, проводимых РЦНК; 14. Повышает эффективность работы коллективов народного творчества коллективов, имеющих звание народный, образцовый; формирует и пополняет репертуар коллективов самодеятельного творчества лучшими образцами отечественного и зарубежного искусства. 15. Работа на ПК. Уметь работать с набором Microsoft Office, свободно создавать Word файлы и работать с ними, создавать Excel таблицы, формировать данные и делать с помощью программ элементарные расчеты, уметь создавать презентации в PowerPoint, и выполнять другие задачи, порученные директором РЦНК.
