Осуществлять работу по финансово-экономическому планированию. Подготавливать данные для составления проектов финансово-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения в целях обеспечения эффективной работы. Проводить работу по формированию экономических нормативов деятельности учреждения для определения цен выполняемых работ, согласовывать прайс-лист на продукцию,работы и услуги учреждения. Составлять экономические расчеты к договорам (коммерческим предложениям). Осуществлять контроль над исполнением смет, плановых заданий, финансовых планов. Вести учет и анализировать трудозатраты сотрудников производственныхподразделений учреждения. Осуществлять ведение статистического учета и подготовку статистической отчетности. Анализировать систему оборота планово-экономических документов и готовить предложения по её совершенствованию. Готовить экономически обоснованные предложения по формированию и внесению изменений в штатное расписание для утверждения руководством учреждения. Участвовать в разработке и утверждении локальных нормативных актов учреждения. Согласовывать стоимость работ, услуг по договорам для внутренних нужд учреждения, организовывать их учет. Осуществлять расчет фондов заработной платы и численности работающих с учетом необходимости наиболее рационального использования трудовых ресурсов, обеспечения правильного соотношения работников по категориям персонала и квалификационным категориям. Участвовать в разработке положений о премировании работников учреждения,условиях материального стимулирования, совмещения профессий и должностей, увеличения зонобслуживания и объема выполняемых работ с целью улучшения использования оборудования исокращения трудозатрат. Контролировать соответствие штатного расписания с утвержденной структурой управления, схемами должностных окладов, фондами заработной платы и действующими нормативами, доведенными субсидиями, утвержденными планом ФХД, вносить предложения поих изменению, обусловленные появлением новых видов деятельности (должностей), присущих рыночной экономике. Проводить анализ финансово-экономической деятельности учреждения и расчет рентабельности. Осуществлять контроль над исполнением смет, плановых заданий, финансовых планов. Формировать и согласовывать с заказчиками и соисполнителями работ плановые и фактические расчетно-калькуляционные материалы. Осуществлять ведение статистического учета и подготовку статистической отчетности.

Высшее образование. Опыт работы не менее 3 лет в экономической сфере.
