Обязанности: Формирование полного пакета закупочных документов в соответствии с 223-ФЗ, положением о закупке и внутренними (локальными) нормативными актами (документами) (конкурентные и неконкурентные закупки). Подготовка проектов договоров, адаптация технических заданий, спецификаций при проведении закупок на соответствие предмету закупки и действующему законодательству РФ в сфере закупок. Взаимодействие с подразделениями - инициаторами закупок, контрагентами по вопросам проведения и реализации закупки. Отслеживание включения/не включения закупки в план закупки. Проведение анализа рынка, формирование НМЦД. Проверка оснований проведения закупки (конкурентных, неконкурентных). Работа с реестрами товаров российского происхождения. Ведения реестра договоров, заключенных по результатам закупки. Работа в программе 1С, 1С:ЭДО. Мониторинг действующего законодательства РФ в сфере закупок и практики его применения. Практическое применение действующего законодательства РФ в сфере закупок при исполнении должностных обязанностей. Поддержание и повышение уровня квалификации, необходимого для надлежащего исполнения должностных обязанностей. Требования: Высшее юридическое (и/или экономическое) образование. Опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 3 лет. Опыт работы с договорами, с формированием технического задания, с проведением анализа рынка, проведением переговоров с потенциальными поставщиками (исполнителями) и иных документов, необходимых для проведения закупки. Уверенное владение программой 1С. Дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы повышения квалификации/или программы профессиональной переподготовки в сфере закупок. Знание федерального закона "О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц" от 18.07.2011г. № 223-ФЗ, а также иных нормативных актов, принятых во исполнение и развитие указанного закона. Знание федерального закона от 05.04.2013г. "О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд" № 44-ФЗ (приветствуется). Инициативность и оперативность в решении поставленных задач, внимательность, коммуникабельность, умение работать в команде, высокие моральные стандарты. Условия: Работа в ведущем техническом вузе страны, в городе Долгопрудный (Рядом со станцией Новодачная МЦД-1, или 15 минут от метро Алтуфьево, Ховрино, Физтех). Причастность к развитию лучшего технического ВУЗа страны. Бесплатные культурные мероприятия в концертном зале МФТИ. Бесплатные занятия в спортивной инфраструктуре МФТИ. В МФТИ есть комбинат питания, медицинский центр и санаторий-профилакторий. Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ, официальная заработная плата. Оплачиваемый отпуск, больничный лист. График работы: 5/2, с 09:00 до 18:00, выходные: суббота, воскресенье. Предусмотрен испытательный срок 3 месяца. В соответствии с ТК РФ, работники сферы образования обязаны предоставить справку о наличии (отсутствии) судимости и (или) факта уголовного преследования, срок изготовления которой может быть до 30 дней, просим заранее позаботиться о ее получении.
