Мы ищем дизайнера, который умеет работать со сложной информацией и превращать её в понятные, структурированные и визуально сильные материалы. Чем предстоит заниматься: Значительная часть работы - презентации в PowerPoint и Keynote: от оформления отдельных слайдов и адаптации существующих материалов до сборки больших презентаций со сложной структурой, графиками, таблицами, диаграммами, обучающие материалы для сотрудников, по которым новые сотрудники знакомятся с процессами, продуктами и спецификой работы компании. Нам важно, чтобы вы думали не только о визуальной составляющей, но и о том, как человек будет воспринимать информацию: выстраивать структуру и логику повествования, расставлять акценты, упрощать сложное и помогать читателю быстро ориентироваться в материале. Также в задачи будут входить: создание дизайн-макетов, инфографики, схем, диаграмм и других способов визуального объяснения информации работа с большим объёмом исходной информации: разобраться в материале, выделить главное и предложить оптимальный способ его подачи оформление и адаптация корпоративных материалов подготовка email-рассылок дизайн баннеров, digital-материалов и других коммуникаций Наши ожидания: Нам подойдет дизайнер, который: уверенно работает в Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, PowerPoint и Keynote особенно хорошо чувствует себя в PowerPoint и Keynote и умеет собирать в них сложные, объемные и аккуратно структурированные презентации умеет работать с большим количеством информации и не теряется в сложных презентациях и документах способен не просто оформить полученный контент, а понять его, структурировать и визуально донести суть хорошо работает с инфографикой, схемами и визуализацией информации умеет объяснять сложное простым визуальным языком понимает принципы информационного дизайна и умеет выстраивать понятную визуальную иерархию обладает хорошим чувством композиции, типографики и вниманием к деталям умеет работать внутри существующей дизайн-системы и бренд-гайдов, сохраняя при этом свежий взгляд спокойно относится к большому количеству регулярных, технических и объёмных дизайн-задач умеет работать аккуратно и последовательно, в том числе с материалами, которые проходят несколько итераций может самостоятельно предложить более удачное визуальное решение, когда задача этого требует Будет плюсом опыт работы с AI-инструментами и понимание того, как использовать их в ежедневной дизайнерской работе - для поиска идей, работы с информацией, создания и обработки визуалов и ускорения рутинных процессов.
