The posting

1. Обеспечение исполнения ФЗ от 21 июля 1997 года № 117-ФЗ О безопасности гидротехнических сооружений, нормативные документы РРР государственного надзора за безопасностью эксплуатирующихся СГТС в части статьи 9. 2. Повседневный контроль за эксплуатацией всех строительных конструкций, сооружений и производственных зданий, а также напорных земляных сооружений гидроузла. 3. Разработка технологических карт, схем, ведомостей объемов работ для составления сметной документации по ремонту ГТС и производственных зданий гидроузла. 4. Руководство всеми ремонтно-строительными работами на сооружениях и зданиях гидроузла, за исключением работ, выполняемых подрядными организациями. Организация работ с полной загрузкой рабочих, оборудования и механизмов. Своевременное обеспечение материалом и инструментов персонала, занятого на производстве ремонтно-строительных работ. Отвечает за исправное состояние инструментов и инвентаря. Ведет отчетность по ремонтным работам в соответствии с положением о ППР. 5. Принимает участие в техническом надзоре за работами и контроле их качества при выполнении реконструкции и ремонта строительных конструкций сооружений и зданий гидроузла подрядными организациями, а также выполнении подрядными организациями на гидроузле исследований и изысканий 6. Осуществляет контроль работы начальников вахты (ст. начальников вахты) шлюза по судопропуску, следит за правильностью ведения документации на пульте управления. Проводит с персоналом противоаварийные тренировки в соответствии с графиком и установленной тематикой. Контролирует наличие оперативно-технической документации на пульте. Ежемесячно проводит анализ работы шлюза по судопропуску. При необходимости проводит хронометраж связанных с судопропуском производственных процессов шлюза. 7. Проводит самостоятельно или с участием работников изыскательской партии инструментальные и визуальные наблюдения и исследования на всех сооружениях гидроузла . Ведет документацию по всем видам наблюдений и исследований. Составляет отчеты по наблюдениям и исследованиям и представляет их в ВРГСиС в установленные сроки. 8. Обеспечивает содержание и следит за состоянием контрольно-измерительной аппаратуры (КИА), имеющейся на гидросооружениях. При выходе КИА из работы организует ремонт, при необходимости составляет ведомости объёмов работ по замене. Содержит в порядке паспорта КИА, вносит в них необходимые сведения и прочие обязанности в соответствии с должностной инструкцией
