- организует работу по оказанию лечебно-профилактической помощи жителям поселка в соответствии с утвержденными порядками, стандартами оказания медицинской помощи; -отвечает за постановку и уровень организации лечебно-диагностической помощи населению участка; - оказывает первичную медико-санитарную помощь жителям поселка; - формирует врачебный участок из прикрепившегося населения; - осуществляет профилактическую работу, направленную на выявление ранних и скрытых форм заболеваний, социально значимых болезней и факторов риска путем проведения диспансеризации населения в установленном порядке в том числе декретированных групп населения; - направляет пациентов на консультации к специалистам ГБУЗ КК КРБ для стационарного лечения, проведения экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности; - организует и проводит лечение пациентов, жителей поселка в амбулаторных условиях, условиях дневного стационара, стационара на дому; - осуществляет патронаж беременных женщин и детей раннего возраста, в том числе новорожденных в установленном порядке; -составляет графики проведения профилактических осмотров жителей поселка, отвечает за их выполнение, анализирует результаты проведенных профилактических осмотров, принимает необходимые меры; -составляет план и график проведения профилактических прививок жителям поселка, контролирует его выполнение, проводит анализ выполнения плана и графика проведения профилактических прививок; -составляет и предоставляет в организационно- методический кабинет заявки на бактерийные препараты для проведения прививок населению участка; -отвечает за организацию диспансерного наблюдения за жителями участка; -проводит анализ работы подчиненных, вносит предложения по улучшению работы; - выполняет перечень работ и услуг для диагностики заболеваний, оценивает состояние больного и клиническую ситуацию в соответствии со стандартами медицинской помощи; -ведение медицинской документации, заполнять, вносить данные, отправлять электронную документацию в соответствующие инстанции; - организует и проводит противоэпидемические мероприятия в очаге инфекции; - оформляет и отправляет в учреждения Роспотребнадзора экстренные извещения при выявлении инфекционных заболеваний; - организует и контролирует работу среднего медицинского персонала; - оформляет необходимую медицинскую документацию; - составляет план своей работы, отчет о работе участка, проводит анализ своей работы; - проводит анализ общей, детской, младенческой смертности на участке, оценивает эффективность диспансеризации жителей участка; - организует стационары на дому; - осуществляет пропаганду здорового образа жизни и профилактики заболеваний; - организует и проводит иммунопрофилактику жителей участка;
