Планирование административно-хозяйственных расходов департамента, общебанковских расходов, связанных с ИТ, капитальных затрат департамента согласно действующих внутренних распоряжений Банка. Организация работы, направленной на повышение квалификации сотрудников департамента. Организация работы департамента по выполнению всех функций, возложенных на департамента информационных технологий, согласно Положения об департаменте информационных технологий. Организация работ, связанных с совершенствованием используемых в Банке автоматизированных банковских систем, путем модернизации существующих и внедрения новых программно-технических средств автоматизации банковских технологий. Организация работ по обеспечению сохранности и конфиденциальности данных, циркулирующих в вычислительной сети Банка. Установка и ввод в эксплуатацию криптографических средств, в соответствии с эксплуатационной и технической документацией к этим средствам. Участие в подготовке запросов, ответов на запросы Банка России и иных государственных органов власти по вопросам, находящимся в компетенции департамента. Осуществление экспертного анализа технической и программной оснащенности Банка и прогнозирование ее развития.

Опыт эксплуатации ИТ-систем банка или финансовой организации. Опыт эксплуатации, обновления или управления правами пользователей в ЦФТ и SAFEWATCH. Умение разрабатывать и изменять приложения на PHP или аналогичном языке. Навыки автоматизации и анализа сбоев с использованием Python и Shell Script. Практический опыт администрирования Linux и Windows Server. Понимание принципов TCP/IP, Routing, VPN и Firewall. Опыт эксплуатации, резервного копирования и восстановления Oracle либо другой реляционной СУБД. Способность самостоятельно анализировать и устранять инциденты на нескольких технологических уровнях. Опыт работы с Oracle Data Guard, VMware vSphere, Proxmox и Docker. Опыт эксплуатации Континент VPN, UserGate и оборудования Eltex. Понимание систем электронной подписи, криптографии и каналов взаимодействия с Банком России. Английский и корейский язык свободный.
