ВАШИ ОБЯЗАННОСТИ: Выполнение планового технического обслуживания, диагностики и ремонта (ТОиР), а также оперативное устранение аварийных ситуаций на технологическом оборудовании Цеха розлива; Контроль качества проведенных работ по ТОиР и неплановому ремонту; Диагностика неисправностей, программирование и настройка контроллеров (ПЛК); Обслуживание, настройка и параметрирование частотных преобразователей, датчиков АСУТП, пневматических систем и исполнительных механизмов; Работа с промышленными сетями (Ethernet, Profibus, AS-I bus); Замена неисправных компонентов, внесение необходимых изменений в программное обеспечение оборудования; Проведение наладки, перенастройки и регулировки оборудования с обязательным соблюдением процедур безопасности (включая систему LOTO); Ведение учета выполненных работ в производственной информационной системе (EAM); Участие в разработке мероприятий по экономии ресурсов и снижению потерь. МЫ ОЖИДАЕМ ОТ ВАС: Высшее техническое образование (электротехническое, автоматизация) или среднее специальное технической образование; Знание правил технической эксплуатации электроустановок потребителей и межотраслевых правил по охране труда при эксплуатации электроустановок (не ниже III группы по электробезопасности до 1000 В). Знание ПУЭ; Навыки чтения и понимания электрических и принципиальных схем. Умение проводить самостоятельную диагностику и ремонт релейных схем; Практический опыт работы с системами промышленной автоматизации (АСУТП), программируемыми логическими контроллерами (ПЛК) и промышленными сетями (Profibus, AS-i, Ethernet); Знание английского языка на уровне, достаточном для работы с технической документацией и схемами; Готовность к работе в режиме дежурной смены и выполнению задач по обеспечению бесперебойной работы оборудования с обязательным соблюдением всех процедур безопасности. Будет преимуществом: Опыт программирования контроллеров Siemens (Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC) на языках LAD/FBD/STL; Навыки работы с частотными преобразователями и сервосистемами; Опыт работы в пищевой или фармацевтической промышленности.
