Ваши задачи: Привлечение и подключение новых клиентов: активный поиск федеральных и региональных торговых сетей; первичное установление контакта, организация личных встреч; выявление потребностей, выход на ЛПР (лицо, принимающее решение); проведение переговоров и заключение договоров с сетевыми клиентами. Коммерческая работа и ценообразование: подготовка и презентация коммерческих предложений; формирование выгодных коммерческих условий; оптимизация ценовой политики для повышения рентабельности продаж. Управление продажами и клиентским портфелем: организация и контроль процесса продаж (отгрузки, документооборот); мониторинг дебиторской задолженности; разработка и реализация индивидуальных планов развития для каждого клиента. Коммуникация и поддержание отношений: ведение телефонных переговоров, консультирование клиентов; выстраивание долгосрочных доверительных отношений; оперативное решение возникающих вопросов и претензий. Развитие бизнеса и участие в мероприятиях: планирование и реализация промо‑активностей для категории Соусы; участие в профильных выставках и отраслевых мероприятиях; командировки для проведения переговоров и контроля выполнения договорённостей.

Кого мы ищем: Опыт работы: не менее 2 лет на аналогичной должности в FMCG‑секторе с фокусом на продажи в федеральные или региональные торговые сети. Экспертиза в категории: успешный опыт продаж соусов, масел, приправ или смежных категорий продуктов импульсного спроса. Знание байеров направления Соусы/Масла/Приправы существенное преимущество. Навыки продаж: уверенное владение методиками активных продаж и их практическое применение; умение самостоятельно подключать и вести переговоры с сетевыми клиентами; навыки работы с возражениями и закрытия сделок. Аналитические способности: умение анализировать рынок, конкурентов и динамику продаж для выработки эффективных коммерческих предложений. Личные качества: энергичность и уверенность в себе; высокая коммуникабельность и умение находить общий язык с разными типами клиентов; нацеленность на результат и готовность брать ответственность за выполнение KPI. Коммуникация: грамотная письменная и устная речь, навыки деловой переписки и публичных презентаций. Технические навыки: уверенное владение Excel (формулы, сводные таблицы, анализ данных), CRM‑системами и офисным ПО. Условия: Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ; График работы: 5/2 с 09:15 до 18:00; Заработная плата: оклад + KPI + % от объема продаж +% от маржи+премия за новых клиентов Компенсация мобильной связи, ГСМ ДМС после испытательного срока
