Рассчитывает и начисляет заработную плату, отпускные, больничные, командировочные, премии, надбавки, материальную помощь и другие выплаты, которые предусмотрены системой оплаты труда учреждений. Принимаем, проверка и подготовка к счётной обработке документов, которые служат основанием для расчётов: табель учёта рабочего времени, приказы о приёме/увольнении, листки нетрудоспособности, справки. Контроль над расходованием фонда оплаты трудаПодготовка и контроль исполнения заявок на кассовый расход по выплатам сотрудникам подведомственных учреждений.Контролирует правильность оформления, законность операций и итоговых сумм. Производит удержания из заработной платы НДФЛ, по исполнительным документам (алименты, взыскания), по заявлениям сотрудников Рассчитывать и начислять налоги и страховые взносы с начисленных выплат, перечисляет их в бюджет и внебюджетные фонды. Формирует и предоставляет в соответствующие органы налоговую и статистическую отчётность, персонифицированные сведения. Отвечать на требования контролирующих органов. Составлять и выдавать сотрудникам расчётных листов, оформлять платёжные ведомости, реестры для банка, справок.Отражать на счетах бухгалтерского учёта все операции, связанные с начислением и выплатой доходов сотрудникам. Проводить сверку расчётов по сотрудникам, а также контролирует достоверность данных в главной книге и других регистрах учёта. Участвует в инвентаризациях расчётов с персоналом. Ведет базу данных по расчётам с персоналом, формирует и хранит вверенные ему документы, оформляет их для передачи в архив в установленном порядке. Консультирование сотрудников по вопросам начислений, удержаний, состава расчётного листка., подотчетных сумм. Мониторинг законодательства по изменению в трудовом, налоговом и ином законодательстве, которые влияют на расчёты и отчётность. Вносить правки в справочную и нормативную информацию, используемую при обработке данных. Получение выписок из казначейства и отражение их в учёте по доходам и расходам.

опыт расчёта заработной платы (включая сложные случаи); работа с первичными документами; формирование и сдача отчётности; уверенное владение 1С (чаще всего 1С:БГУ или 1С:ЗУП); навыки работы с электронными сервисами (СБИС, Контур и т.п.). внимательность и аккуратность (ошибки критичны); ответственность; умение работать с большими объёмами данных; соблюдение конфиденциальности (персональные данные); стрессоустойчивость в периоды отчётности. знание казначейского сопровождения
