Регистрация пациентов и оформление первичной документации . Регистратор сверяет данные с документами (паспорт, полис ОМС/ДМС), заполняет паспортную часть медицинской карты, формирует или актуализирует запись в электронной базе данных, выдаёт статистические талоны. Организация записи на приём . Ведёт расписание врачей, записывает пациентов очно, по телефону, через электронные сервисы; распределяет потоки с учётом срочности (плановый приём, внеочередное право, экстренные случаи). Работа с медицинскими картами . Обеспечивает хранение, маркировку и систематизацию карт в картотеке, подбирает и доставляет карты в кабинеты врачей, отбирает документы для передачи в архив, контролирует возврат карт из кабинетов. Оформление листков нетрудоспособности . Регистрирует бланки больничных, участвует в их учёте и первичной проверке корректности заполнения. Приём и обработка вызовов врача на дом . Фиксирует обращения, передаёт данные в соответствующие службы, контролирует маршрутизацию и сроки выезда. Информационно‑справочная работа . Консультирует пациентов о режиме работы учреждения, графике приёма специалистов, порядке получения услуг, правилах подготовки к исследованиям; разъясняет способы записи (терминал, сайт, колл‑центр). Взаимодействие с подразделениями . Согласовывает переносы приёмов, информирует пациентов об изменениях, координирует потоки между отделениями, передаёт служебную информацию руководству и врачам. Ведение отчётности и учётных форм . Заполняет журналы регистрации, формирует сводки по нагрузке и посещаемости, готовит данные для статистики по запросам администрации.

Кандидату предстоит много работать с документами и людьми, поэтому нужны такие умения и знания: Вести регистрацию пациентов, заполнять учётную и отчётную документацию (в том числе в электронном виде). Организовывать хранение и движение медицинских карт (в картотеке или в электронной базе). Работать с компьютерными программами: базовые навыки MS Office, а в идеале опыт работы с медицинскими информационными системами (МИС). Знать правила обработки первичной медицинской документации, внутренние регламенты клиники, порядок классификации и хранения карт. Понимать основы законодательства в сфере здравоохранения и правила работы с персональными данными (в том числе соблюдать врачебную тайну). Уметь координировать поток пациентов: корректно направлять к нужным специалистам, информировать о расписании, порядке записи, правилах вызова врача на дом. Владеть навыками общения: уметь устанавливать контакт, в том числе с пациентами, у которых есть нарушения речи, зрения или слуха. Знать основы медицинской этики. Иметь базовые знания о врачебных специальностях, чтобы помогать с маршрутизацией. Знать правила охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и уметь оказывать первую помощь.
