Взаимодействовать с Заказчиками по выявлению их потребностей по услугам АСУТП Западно-Сибирского РЦ и их развитию. Определять возможности приобретения и контрактования Заказчиками новых услуг. Организовывать и принимать участие в переговорах с Заказчиками. Доводить до Заказчиков информацию по услугам АСУТП, оказываемых ИТ-интегратором, в том числе в формате презентаций. Формировать протоколы встреч с Заказчиками. Организовывать согласование технико-коммерческих предложений на услуги АСУТП внутри Западно-Сибирского РЦ и с Заказчиками. Осуществлять полный цикл процесса обработки коммерческих обращений Заказчиков в информационных системах. Определять причины неудовлетворённости Заказчиков. Определять зоны для улучшений по результатам ведения претензионной работы, а также на основании показателей производственной деятельности. Участвовать в процессе управления претензиями Заказчиков. Обеспечивать профилактику претензий Заказчиков. Осуществлять обработку (интерпретацию), корректное / достоверное изложение информации, предоставляемой Заказчиками, а также работниками структурных производственных подразделений Западно-Сибирского РЦ при подготовке официальных писем в адрес Заказчиков.

высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование в области автоматизации технологических процессов и производств ( далее АСУТП) или в области метрологии или высшее образование (непрофильное) в области экономики. не менее 3 (трех) лет в областях АСУТП или метрологии или экономики. знание основ разработки и оформления документации; знание порядка составления и заключения договоров; знание порядка составления и согласования регламентов; знание номенклатуры предоставляемых услуг; знание основ организации производственного планирования на предприятиях; знание основ экономики, организации труда, производства и управления необходимые навыки: MS Office уверенный пользователь. составление подготовка расчетов.
