уборщик территории работник обязуется лично выполнять следующую работу в соответствии с условиями настоящего трудового договора и должностной инструкцией ДИ 058-2017: Приходить на работу в установленное время, соблюдать действующие в учреждении Правила внутреннего распорядка. Прибыть на сменно-встречное собрание и получить от заведующего хозяйством задание на смену, ознакомиться с приказами и распоряжениями. Осмотреть рабочую территорию и убедиться в том, что все колодцы закрыты крышками, ямы и траншеи ограждены, а на территории нет торчащих из земли предметов, проверить наличие переносных ограждений, подносить необходимые для уборки материалы и инвентарь. Производить уборку закрепленной за ним территории, крылец и наружных лестниц. Ограждать опасные участки и сообщать об этом своему непосредственному руководителю. Извещать заведующего хозяйством, заместителя директора, или директору учрежения о любой ситуации, угрожающей жизни и здоровью людей, о каждом несчастном случае, происшедшем на обслуживаемой территории. Очищать крышки канализационных и пожарных колодцев, установленных на территории урн, проезды и тротуары от снега, пыли и мусора. Выполнять иные работы по уборке территории предусмотренные должностной инструкцией. Соблюдать правила и нормы охраны труа, техники безопасности, противопожарной защиты, требования правил производственной санитарии и гигиены, санитарно-эпидемиологической безопасности. Выполнять отдельные работы по поручению заведующего хозяйством, заместителя директора и директора учреждения.

Дисциплинированность в работе. Аккуратность. Умение работать в бригаде.
