Уход за пациентами: Осуществление постоянного наблюдения за состоянием здоровья детей в возрасте до 4 лет Выполнение назначений врача и процедур согласно медицинским протоколам Контроль соблюдения режима дня и лечебного питания Проведение гигиенических процедур с учетом возрастных особенностей Медицинская работа: Измерение и документирование основных показателей жизнедеятельности (температура, пульс, дыхание, артериальное давление) Подготовка детей к диагностическим исследованиям Своевременное информирование врача об изменении состояния пациентов Участие в профилактических мероприятиях Санитарно-эпидемиологическая работа: Обеспечение санитарно-гигиенического режима в палате Контроль чистоты и порядка в помещениях Проведение дезинфекции медицинского инструментария Соблюдение правил асептики и антисептики Организация правильного хранения и использования медикаментов Документационное обеспечение: Ведение медицинской документации Заполнение карт пациентов Оформление направлений на анализы и процедуры Работа с персоналом и пациентами: Взаимодействие с другими медицинскими и педагогическими работниками Координация работы младшего медицинского персонала Информирование родителей о состоянии детей (в рамках своей компетенции) Помощь в организации режима дня и досуга детей Экстренные ситуации: Оказание первой помощи при неотложных состояниях Участие в противоэпидемических мероприятиях Выполнение мероприятий по профилактике внутрибольничных инфекций

Документы и допуски. Действующая личная медицинская книжка с актуальными данными обследований и прививок. Прохождение обязательного предварительного медицинского осмотра при поступлении на работу. Опыт работы. Приветствуется опыт работы в детском лечебном или социальном учреждении. Профессиональные навыки и знания. Умение оказывать доврачебную медицинскую помощь, в том числе в неотложных ситуациях. Знание анатомо-физиологических особенностей детей раннего возраста (до 4 лет). Навыки выполнения врачебных назначений (раздача лекарств, инъекции, перевязки, обработка кожных покровов), контроля за санитарным состоянием помещений, соблюдения правил асептики и антисептики. Умение вести медицинскую документацию. Личные качества. Эмпатия, терпеливость, ответственность, умение работать в команде. Особые требования: Наличие действующего сертификата специалиста Личная медицинская книжка с актуальными данными Справка об отсутствии судимости (обязательное требование для работы с несовершеннолетними) Знание правил охраны труда и техники безопасности Умение работать в команде и стрессоустойчивость Способность к эмпатичному общению с детьми и их родителями
