Принимает заявки на работу техники и переезды бригад от Заказчиков Производит распределение транспорта между Заказчиками в соответствии с планом выхода транспортных средств на линию. Составляет разнарядку по заявкам Заказчиков и утвержденного нормокомплекта, контролирует выход техники на линию. Обеспечивает выполнение нормокомплектов (договорных обязательств). Ведёт оперативный учёт выполнения заявок на переезды бригад, централизованную перевозку грузов, вахт, работы спецтехники, осуществляет оперативный контроль над расходом автомобильного топлива, при необходимости производит дозаправку транспортных средств и спецтехники при увеличении объемов работ у Заказчика, в пределах утвержденных лимитов с регистрацией в оперативном журнале. Ежедневно ведёт учёт показаний пробега автомобилей по навигационным приборам и сравнивает его с пробегом в путевых листах. Организовывает выделение грузоподъемных механизмов заказчикам строго в соответствии с правилами о выделении ГПМ. Осуществляет регулярный контроль за работой водителей на линии с целью: Не допускать нарушение водителями норм продолжительности рабочего дня и случаев работы сверх установленной продолжительности Не выпускать на линию водителей, продолжительность отдыха у которых была меньше установленной законодательством Устанавливать место нахождения транспортного средства, не вернувшегося с линии, принимать меры к его возвращению. Участвует в разработке текущих и перспективных планов работы автотранспорта и спецтехники Общества, организует их выполнение, с соблюдением режима работы водителей и машинистов. Организует сбор и передачу информации по выходу автотранспорта и спецтехники на линию, движению путевых листов, обеспечивает своевременное составление оперативной отчётности. Ведёт учёт простоев бригад подземного и капитального ремонта скважин из-за отсутствия или неисправности спецтехники и осуществляет контроль за ходом принимаемых мер по снятию простоя. Проверяет качество выполнения сменных заданий водителями и машинистами, выявляет случаи срывов в работе транспорта и спецтехники, устанавливает причины и принимает меры к недопущению подобных случаев в дальнейшем. Собирает информацию у водителей, машинистов, диспетчеров промыслов о состоянии дорог и подъездных путей на нефтегазопромыслах и доводит эту информацию до руководства УТОиЛ

Требования: Среднее профессиональное образование Стаж работы в транспортной сфере не менее 3 лет Знание профильных нормативных документов и законодательных актов Знание компьютерных программ, в т.ч. профильных программ (MS Office), 1-С Транспорт, СЭД-Тезис, Знание основ трудового законодательства
