контролировать корректность финансовых операций и соответствие их учётной политике компании, российскому законодательству и требованиям валютного контроля; проверять первичные документы и финансовые проводки (в том числе на китайском языке): сверять суммы, реквизиты, даты, наличие подтверждающих бумаг (fapiao, инвойсы, транспортные и таможенные документы); участвовать в контроле исполнения бюджетов и платёжного календаря: отслеживать лимиты, фиксировать отклонения, собирать пояснения от подразделений; анализировать расхождения между плановыми и фактическими показателями, формировать простые отчёты и списки замечаний, предлагать варианты устранения ошибок; вести контроль сроков оплат, дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности, фиксировать просрочки и согласовывать графики погашения; сопровождать проверки и запросы (внутренний аудит, налоговая, валютный контроль): собирать документы, готовить пояснения, контролировать статусы; актуализировать контрольные чек‑листы и памятки с учётом изменений в налоговом, валютном и таможенном регулировании (РФ и базовые требования КНР), доводить обновления до смежных отделов; вести переписку и переговоры с китайской стороной (почта, WeChat) на китайском языке по контрольным вопросам: запрос недостающих документов, уточнение условий, согласование расхождений.

свободное владение китайским языком (HSK 5 6 или эквивалент) обязательно для работы с документами и коммуникации с китайской стороной; профильное образование (экономика, финансы, бухучёт) и опыт в контроле, аудите, бухгалтерии или финансовом отделе от 2 лет; уверенное знание РСБУ (ПБУ/ФСБУ), понимание налогового учёта и практики НК РФ, особенно в части ВЭД и валютного контроля; опыт проверки финансовых документов, проведения сверок, работы с дебиторкой/кредиторкой и бюджетным контролем; понимание специфики работы с Китаем: роль fapiao, особенности документооборота, расчёты в CNY/CNH, базовые принципы налогового и таможенного учёта в КНР; навыки контрольных процедур: сверка данных, выявление несоответствий, работа с реестрами и чек‑листами, фиксация рисков и замечаний; уверенное владение 1С (или аналогами), Excel (формулы, сводные таблицы, обработка массивов), ЭДО;
