Врач-трансфузиолог: 1. Организует работу по заготовке донорской крови в соответствии с требованиями действующих инструкций и контролирует безопасность и качество работы всего персонала выездной бригады: - осматривает и контролирует подготовку помещений для работы бригады с соблюдением принципа поточности; - участвует в подготовке и развертывании технических средств для заготовки крови; - участвует в свертывании оборудования по окончании работы: погрузка контейнеров с кровью, неиспользованного расходного материала. 2. Проводит медицинское обследование доноров в соответствии с Порядком прохождения донорами медицинского обследования и перечня медицинских противопоказаний (временных и постоянных) для сдачи крови и (или) ее компонентов и сроков отвода, которому подлежит лицо при наличии временных медицинских показаний, от донорства крови и (или) ее компонентов (утв. приказом МЗ РФ от 28.10.2020г.№1166н) с внесением данных в АИСТ. При наличии противопоказаний к кроводаче отмечает в карточке причину отвода с внесением данных в АИСТ. При необходимости направляет на дополнительные исследования и консультации. 3. Осуществляет комплектование донорских кадров с ведением учета доноров в единой базе данных. 4. Определяет необходимый объем лабораторного исследования образцов донорской крови. 5. Обеспечивает полный учет инфицированных лиц, выявленных среди доноров. 6. Анализирует и интерпретирует информацию, полученную от доноров при сборе анамнеза, осмотре, по результатам лабораторного исследования образцов донорской крови. 7. Определяет вид донации и объем донации крови и (или) ее компонентов, наличие медицинских противопоказаний к донации. 8. Оценивает функциональное состояние органов и систем организма донора для предупреждения нежелательных реакций и осложнений донации у доноров крови и (или) ее компонентов. 9. Оказывает медицинскую помощь в неотложной форме при возникновении нежелательных реакций или осложнений, связанных с донацией. 10. Участвует в составлении ежемесячного графика выездов с планированием количества доноров совместно c медсестрой выездной бригады и менеджером по связям с общественностью. 11. Организует временное хранение и транспортировку контейнеров с ЦКДК с мест заготовки на СПК КО. 12. Контролирует соблюдение правил эксплуатации медицинского оборудования выездной бригады средним и младшим медицинским персоналом. 13. Контролирует правильность сбора и безопасность транспортировки медицинских отходов на СПК КО. 14. Следит за наличием и соблюдением сроков годности лекарственных средств, входящих в укладку для неотложной медицинской помощи, укладку экстренной помощи парентеральных инфекций и укладку при аварийных ситуациях.

Работа в выездной бригаде учреждения, два раза в месяц командировки с ночевкой в города КО
