Приёмка продуктов от поставщиков в таре производителя (поставщика) при наличии документов, подтверждающих их качество и безопасность. Разгрузка, взвешивание и сверка с накладными, доставка грузов на места хранения с учётом рационального использования складских площадей и стеллажей. Контроль выполнения разгрузочных работ при приёме продуктов и сырья для обеспечения их сохранности. Обеспечение хранения продуктов питания согласно существующим нормам в соответствии с условиями хранения и сроками годности, установленными предприятием-изготовителем. Создание условий для безопасного хранения и сохранности складируемых продуктов: обеспечение мест для складирования, соблюдение влажностного режима и других технических условий. Учёт наличия в кладовых хранящихся продуктов и ведение отчётной документации по их движению. Организация правильной выдачи (по весу, согласно меню-раскладке) продуктов питания, соблюдение сроков реализации. Следить за наличием сопроводительной документации (сертификаты качества, сертификаты соответствия, ветеринарные удостоверения) к получаемым продуктам. Не допускать к приёму пищевые продукты с признаками недоброкачественности, а также продукты без сопроводительных документов, не имеющие маркировки (если наличие такой маркировки предусмотрено законодательством). Предоставлять необходимую информацию по наличию продуктов питания заведующему производством (шеф-повару) школьной столовой. Не допускать хранение пищевой продукции во время проведения мероприятий по дератизации, дезинфекции и дезинсекции в кладовых, чтобы исключить опасность загрязнения. Участвовать в проведении инвентаризаций товарно-материальных ценностей.

Среднее профессиональное образование (желательно по направлениям Товароведение или Технология продукции общественного питания ). Опыт работы на аналогичной должности от 1 года. Знание санитарных норм и правил хранения продуктов питания . Навыки работы с компьютером и специализированными программами учёта. Понимание принципов товароведения и складской логистики . Знание основ бухгалтерского учёта . Наличие медицинской книжки с пройденным медосмотром.
