Получение и обобщение информации, предоставляемой медицинскими организациями по вопросам информационного сопровождения застрахованных лиц на всех этапах оказания медицинской помощи в соответствии с утвержденным порядком информационного сопровождения застрахованных лиц. Проведение мониторинга, подготовка сведений для врачей специалистов-экспертов для проведения анализа обоснованности и своевременности госпитализации, проведения необходимых видов экспертиз, в том числе: - информационное сопровождение застрахованных с подозрением на злокачественное новообразование (ЗНО) или установленным диагнозом ЗНО, нуждающихся в диспансерном наблюдении ЗЛ с хроническими неинфекционными заболеваниями (ХНИЗ) по результатам профилактических мероприятий и в ходе проведения диспансерного наблюдения. Организация сопровождении застрахованного лица от момента обращения за медицинской помощью до принятия окончательного решения по данному случаю (в том числе с выездом (выходом) на место (при необходимости). Работа по обращениям граждан при решении вопросов выбора медицинской организации или нарушении прав застрахованных в процессе получения медицинской помощи, в том числе по вопросам маршрутизации застрахованного лица на плановую госпитализацию. Организация мероприятий по изучению и оценке удовлетворенности застрахованных лиц медицинской организацией, доступности, условиями и качеством оказанной медицинской помощи.

Критерии успеха: Желание работать в АО СК "СОГАЗ-Мед"; Высшее медицинское образование; Опыт работы по врачебной специальности не менее 3 (трех) лет.
