Специалист по культуре осуществляет подготовку, проведение культурно-массовых районных мероприятий, профессиональных праздников, фестивальных программ; организовывает текущее и перспективное планирование и реализацию планов; содействует созданию туристических мест в районе; собирает, изучает и анализирует требования к туристическим услугам; осуществляет взаимодействие с общественными творческими союзами, общественными организациями, коммерческими и некоммерческими организациями с целью сохранения и развития культуры и искусства; осуществляет организацию работы по созданию и внедрению методических пособий и разработок с целью улучшения качества работы учреждений культуры; Осуществляет мониторинг деятельности сельских домов культуры и библиотек Сарпинского района; Собирает статистическую отчетность от учреждений культуры для передачи в Министерство культуры и туризма РК; осуществляет разработку проектов постановлений; и распоряжений Администрации Сарпинского районного муниципального образования Республики Калмыкия, других нормативных актов по вопросам культуры и туризма; оказывает организационно-методическую помощь по вопросам организации библиотечного обслуживания в пределах своей компетенции.
