Организует подготовку документов, материалов, информации, необходимых для начала работы ББО и текущего решения задач, поставленных перед персоналом ББО; оказывает консультационную помощь сотрудникам ББО в решении административных вопросов.; организует документооборот ББО: координирует работы по ведению делопроизводства (оформление, регистрация, хранение и извлечение документации в соответствии со стандартами делопроизводства); организует ведение деловой корреспонденции, в том числе регистрацию и обработку входящей и исходящей корреспонденции; обеспечивает рассылку необходимых материалов; организует работу по ведению телефонных переговоров (прием входящих и исходящих звонков, переадрисация звонков, прием и отправка телефонограмм); координирует оформление пропусков для работников ББО и визитеров; ведет деловую переписку, в том числе с иностранными партнерами, обеспечивает перевод документации; организует встречу и сопровождение визитеров, гостей, делегаций, клиентов, партнеров на ББО; организует и проводит деловые переговоры (планирует деловые встречи, определяет линию деловых переговоров, управляет переговорами с соблюдением правил этикета и протокола, организует документальное оформление переговоров, анализирует результаты деловой встречи)
