Ведение правовой работы предприятия: разработка и правовая экспертиза договоров, локальных актов, соглашений и иных документов. Правовое сопровождение хозяйственной деятельности: участие в заключении договоров, проверка условий. Претензионно-исковая работа: подготовка ответов на претензии, материалов для судов и правоохранительных органов, учет судебных и арбитражных дел. Методическая и консультационная поддержка: правовая помощь подразделениям, консультации сотрудников, информирование об изменениях законодательства. Систематизация нормативной базы: ведение учета законодательных актов, подготовка справок, заключений и предложений по улучшению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины.

Высшее юридическое образование (бакалавриат/специалитет) по специальности Юриспруденция . Опыт работы юристом/юрисконсультом от 1 года (рассматриваем кандидатов с опытом в договорной и претензионной работе). Знание ГК, ТК, административного законодательства, основ договорного права и документооборота. Навыки: договорная работа, правовая экспертиза документов, подготовка заключений, ведение деловой переписки, претензионная и судебная работа. Умение взаимодействовать с государственными и муниципальными органами, представлять интересы организации в суде и на переговорах. Внимательность, ответственность, грамотная устная и письменная речь, готовность работать с большим объемом информации и взаимодействовать с разными подразделениями.
