Разрабатывать проект порядка составления и ведения сводной бюджетной росписи бюджета Кировского муниципального округа, далее бюджет муниципального округа, порядка составления и ведения бюджетных росписей главных распорядителей бюджетных средств Кировского муниципального округа Осуществлять предварительный контроль за целевым использованием бюджетных средств на этапе формирования сводной бюджетной росписи, лимитов бюджетных обязательств, бюджетных росписей главных распорядителей, кассового плана и внесения изменений в них Участвовать в составлении бюджетной отчетности в части плановых назначений Проверять предоставляемые главными распорядителями бюджетных средств обоснования бюджетных ассигнований Готовить отчет по Мониторингу местных бюджетов за полугодие, год в части плановых назначений Участвовать в проведении оценки качества управления бюджетного процесса Кировского муниципального округа Участвовать в проведении мониторинга качества финансового менеджмента, осуществляемого главными распорядителями бюджетных средств Кировского муниципального округа Участвовать в проведении оценки эффективности реализации программ Своевременно предоставлять нормативно правовые акты, информацию и отчетность финансового управления администрации специалисту, ответственному за их предоставление в администрацию Кировского муниципального округа Ставропольского края для размещения на официальном Интернет портале администрации Кировского муниципального округа Своевременного размещать нормативно правовые акты и необходимую информацию на едином портале бюджетной системы Российской Федерации Электронный бюджет в соответствии с приказом министерства финансов Российской Федерации от 28 декабря 2016 года N 243н Готовить проекты приказов финансового управления администрации, отнесенных к функциям отдела Руководить в отсутствии начальника отдела работниками отдела, осуществлять контроль за исполнением работниками отдела должностных обязанностей

Владение современными технологиями работы с информацией и информационными системами, составление документов аналитического, делового и справочно-информационного характера. Опыт работы в бюджетной сфере приветствуется.
