проводить лекции, семинары и практические занятия по дисциплине Терапия в соответствии с учебными планами и ФГОС; разрабатывать и актуализировать учебно‑методические материалы: рабочие программы, фонды оценочных средств, презентации, сборники задач и клинических кейсов; организовывать разбор клинических случаев, симуляционные занятия и отработку практических навыков на фантомах/в клинике; осуществлять текущий контроль успеваемости, промежуточную и итоговую аттестацию студентов, объективно оценивать знания и умения; участвовать в методической работе кафедры/цикловой комиссии: заседаниях, разработке образовательных программ, обновлении симуляционного курса; сопровождать учебную и производственную практику студентов в лечебных учреждениях (при необходимости); вести учебную документацию (журналы, отчёты, ведомости) в бумажной и электронной форме; повышать квалификацию не реже 1 раза в 3 года, осваивать современные образовательные технологии и цифровые инструменты обучения.

среднее профессиональное образование (специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело ) опыт клинической работы по специальности не менее 3 лет опыт педагогической деятельности (в вузе, колледже, системе ДПО) приветствуется; при отсутствии готовность пройти профессиональную переподготовку по педагогике; знание актуальных клинических рекомендаций, стандартов оказания медицинской помощи и порядков ведения пациентов; уверенное владение ПК, готовность работать в LMS (Moodle, СДО вуза и т. п.), использовать цифровые инструменты для создания тестов, презентаций, интерактивных заданий; личные качества: ответственность, системность, умение объяснять сложное простым языком, ориентация на результат и развитие студентов.
