формирует доклады, справки, реестры по исполнению действующих контрактов (договоров) в части проектно-изыскательских работ. разрабатывает задание на проектирование объектов капитального строительства, реконструкции, капитального ремонта (далее Объекты) по указанию Федерального медико- биологического агентства (далее ФМБА России) в соответствии с действующими контрактами (договорами) по компетенции Отдела. осуществляет контроль за качеством заданий на проектирование, медико-технологических заданий и технических заданий на разработку проектно-сметной документации. Согласовывает задание на проектирование с ФМБА России. взаимодействуют с организациями-застройщиками (далее - Застройщик) с целью получения медико-технологических заданий (далее - МТЗ), градостроительного плана земельного участка, правоустанавливающих документов на земельный участок на которых планируется строительство/реконструкция объекта, разрешений на снос зданий (при необходимости), сведений об объектах культурного наследия, охранных обязательств (при необходимости), паспорта объектов (при реконструкции), сведений о текущих нагрузках инженерных систем и существующих договоров технологического присоединения, иные документы, предусмотренные действующим законодательством Российской Федерации. взаимодействует с проектными организациями, консультантами, экспертами, подрядными организациями для выработки оптимальных вариантов проектных решений капитального строительства, реконструкции, капитального ремонта Объектов.

опыт работы Главным инженером проекта (ГИП) в части проектно-изыскательских работ не менее пяти лет, опыт работы в службе технического заказчика в части проектно-изыскательских работ, является предпочтительным.
