The posting

Назначает лечения пациентам пожилого и старческого возраста, контролирует его эффективность и безопасности. Проводит анализ медико-статистической информации, ведёт медицинскую документацию, организует деятельность находящегося в распоряжении медицинского персонала. Оказывает медицинскую помощь в экстренной форме. Обеспечивать необходимый уход за больными на основе принципов лечебно-охранительного режима и соблюдения правил медицинской диетологи, а так же выполнения больными установленного режима. Составлять и выполнять обоснованный план обследования и лечения курируемых (в сложных случаях план разрабатывается под руководством зав. отделением). Вести карты стационарных больных путем регулярных записей (при интенсивном наблюдении не реже чем через каждые два часа; при динамическом - 2-3 раза в сутки; при плановом - в зависимости от патологии 1 раз в два дня, но не реже 2 раз в неделю). Ставить в известность зав. отделением обо всех затруднениях при определении диагноза, также обо всех переменах в состоянии больного. Знать и уметь на практике современные (апробированные) методы и средства диагностики лечения больных и т.д.

Добросовестно выполнять свои трудовые обязанности, возложенные на него настоящим трудовым договором; соблюдать правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, действующие у работодателя, требования по охране труда и обеспечению безопасности труда; соблюдать трудовую дисциплину; бережно относиться к имуществу работодателя, в том числе находящемуся у работодателя имуществу третьих лиц, если работодатель несет ответственность за сохранность этого имущества, и других работников; незамедлительно сообщать работодателю либо непосредственному руководителю о возникновении ситуации, представляющей угрозу жизни и здоровью людей, сохранности имущества работодателя, в том числе находящемуся у работодателя имуществу третьих лиц, если работодатель несет ответственность за сохранность этого имущества, имуществу других работников.
