3.1. Принимать поступающую на рассмотрение руководителя корреспонденцию передавать её в соответствии с принятым решением в структурные подразделения или конкретным исполнителям для использования в процессе работы либо подготовки ответов. 3.2. Выполнять различные операции с применением компьютерной техники, предназначенной для сбора, обработки и представления информации при подготовке и принятии решений. 3.3. Принимать документы и личные заявления на подпись руководителя. 3.4. Подготавливать документы и материалы, необходимые для работы руководителя. 3.5. Организовывать проведение телефонных переговоров руководителя, записывать в его отсутствие полученную информацию и доводить до его сведения ее содержание, передавать и принимать информацию по приемно-переговорным устройствам, а также телефонограммы, своевременно доводить до его сведения информацию, полученную по каналам связи. 3.6. Организовывать прием посетителей, содействует оперативности рассмотрения просьб и предложений работников. 3.7. Выполнять отдельные служебные поручения своего непосредственного руководителя. 3.8. Квалифицированно и своевременно исполнять приказы, распоряжения и поручения руководства ГБУЗ СК Минераловодская РБ . 3.9. Соблюдать правила внутреннего распорядка, противопожарной безопасности и техники безопасности. 3.10. Оперативно принимать меры, включая своевременное информирование руководства, по устранению нарушений техники безопасности, противопожарных и санитарных правил, создающих угрозу деятельности учреждения здравоохранения, его работникам и посетителям. 3.11. Принимать меры по сохранению коммерческой тайны в ходе приема посетителей и их нахождения в приемной и кабинете руководителя. 3.12. Соблюдать нормы и правила профессионального общения и бесконфликтного сотрудничества.

Необходимые умения: 2.2. Организовывать и обеспечивать личные контакты руководителя. 2.3. Управлять конфликтами. 2.4. Учитывать психологические особенности личности при различных видах профессионального общения. 2.5. Использовать установленные правила и процедуры коммуникации внутри организации. 2.6. Вести учетные регистрационные формы, использовать их для информационной работы и работы по контролю исполнения решений руководителя. 2.7. Создавать положительный имидж организации. 2.8. Принимать меры по разрешению конфликтных ситуаций. 2.9. Применять информационно-коммуникационные технологии. 2.10. Обеспечивать конфиденциальность в приемной и кабинете руководителя, сохранять конфиденциальную информацию в тайне. Необходимые знания: - Правила организации приема посетителей; - Правила делового общения; - Правила речевого этикета - Правила установления контакта, поддержания и развития межличностных отношений; - Структура организации и распределение функций между структурными подразделениями и специалистами; - Правила организации приемов в офисе; - Этикет и основы международного протокола; - Правила защиты конфиденциальной служебной информации.
