Организация и ведение продаж продукции: обеспечение достижения планового объема продаж по клиентам и максимального дохода торговых операций. Ответственность за сделку на всех этапах от момента получения запроса до фактического завершения; выяснение потребностей клиентов в продукции, реализуемой организацией, согласование заказа с клиентом в соответствии с его потребностями и наличием ассортимента на складе организации. Представление продукции Института на различных выставках и конференциях, семинарах с целью поиска рынка сбыта продукции. Анализ статистических данных продаж и отгрузок клиентов организации. Представление отчетов по продажам начальнику отдела снабжения, маркетинга и сбыта по итогам работы. Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями Института с целью выполнения возложенных на менеджера задач. Поддержание в актуальном состоянии данных о клиентах и продукции в информационной базе на сайте Института в Интернете. Представление отчетов по продажам начальнику отдела снабжения, маркетинга и сбыта по итогам работы. Анализ конкурентной среды.

Уверенный пользователь ПК, должен знать офисное программное обеспечение Microsoft Office или аналог. MS Excel или аналог для создания и работы со сложными таблицами, сводными таблицами, формулами расчета потребностей, ценового анализа, построения графиков; MS Word для оформления договоров, служебных писем, инструкций; Навыки ведения деловой переписки; Должен знать: Основы гражданского и договорного права, трудового законодательства, Основы ценообразования и маркетинга; Основы законодательства о закупке товаров, работ и услуг для государственных и муниципальных нужд; Основы рыночной экономики, конъюнктуру рынка, особенности и специфику рынка соответствующего региона; Основы предпринимательства и ведения бизнеса, правила и принципы продаж; Высокие коммуникационные навыки; Стремление к достижению поставленных целей; Высокий уровень добропорядочности, открытость и готовность к освоению нового, стрессоустойчивость, аналитический склад мышления.
