- принимать участие в разработке проекта бюджета города по жилищно-коммунальному хозяйству и капитальному строительству бюджетных учреждений и вести бюджетную роспись по курируемым отраслям (Резервный фонд, Защита населения от чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера, Национальная экономика, Жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство, Охрана окружающей среды, капитальное строительство бюджетных учреждений) в соответствии с Бюджетным кодексом Российской Федерации; - осуществлять методическое руководство по составлению главными распорядителями бюджетных средств нормативных документов по осуществлению расходных обязательств бюджета города по курируемым отраслям; - организовывать работу по представлению главными распорядителями бюджетных средств обоснований бюджетных ассигнований на год; - осуществлять контроль за подготовкой главным распорядителем бюджетных средств проектов постановлений, распоряжений Администрации города Троицка Челябинской области, проектов решений Собрания депутатов города Троицка Челябинской области по вопросам финансирования; - ежеквартально проводить анализ исполнения расходов по курируемым ведомствам; - для сдачи годового отчета об исполнении бюджета города за год и предоставления в Министерство финансов Челябинской области подготавливать материалы в соответствии с указанием по составлению годового отчета;

На должность главного специалиста назначается лицо, имеющее среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее пяти лет или высшее профессиональное образование.
