3.1. Руководит деятельностью филиала музея, неся ответственность за последствия принимаемых решений, сохранность и использование имущества, закрепленного за филиалом. 3.2. Осуществляет руководство экспозиционной и научно-просветительной, методической, хозяйственной и другими видами деятельности филиала музея в соответствии с положением о филиале музея. 3.3. Обеспечивает решение задач, стоящих перед филиалом музея. 3.4. Принимает меры по обеспечению филиала квалифицированными кадрами, рациональному использованию и развитию их профессиональных знаний и опыта, созданию безопасных и благоприятных для жизни и здоровья условий труда, соблюдению требований законодательства об охране окружающей среды. 3.5. Разрабатывает текущие, годовые и перспективные планы работы филиала, согласовывает и утверждает их в установленном порядке. Представляет в дирекцию музея отчетную документацию. Обеспечивает своевременное выполнение утвержденных планов. 3.6. Организует комплектование и изучение фонда филиала музея. Обеспечивает хранение и строгий учет коллекций, находящихся в экспозиции. 3.7. Обеспечивает выполнение работ по созданию экспозиций и выставок филиала, своевременную и качественную подготовку экспозиционной документации (концепции, тематические и тематико-экспозиционные планы и др.) и представление ее на согласование на научно-методический совет музея. 3.8. Обеспечивает проведение качественной научно-просветительной работы (разработку экскурсионной и лекционной тематики; обеспечивает выполнение методической документации и контроль над качеством экскурсий; обеспечивает контроль над содержанием научно-просветительных мероприятий и др.), ведёт экскурсионную и лекционную деятельность. 3.9. Организует работу по привлечению посетителей, пропаганде и рекламе филиала Музея. 3.10. На заведующего Филиалом возлагается персональная ответственность в случае: - нарушение положений и инструкций по организации и ведению работы Филиала; - использования сотрудниками Филиала информации в неслужебных целях; - несоблюдения сотрудниками Филиала внутреннего распорядка и техники безопасности; 3.11. Заведующий Филиалом отвечает за обеспечение должного уровня реагирования на потенциальные криминальные угрозы с использованием тревожной сигнализации, а также системы видеонаблюдения; в случае выявления признаков нарушения работоспособности систем охраной сигнализации, пожарной сигнализации, системы видеонаблюдения, инженерных систем, запорных устройств, телефонной связи своевременное реагирование путем уведомления по компетенции хозяйственного отдела, соответствующего заместителя директора музея; 3.12. Заведующий Филиалом организовывает и обеспечивает своевременное оформление документации для рассмотрения предметов музейного значения на ЭФЗК Музея, согласно Положению об ЭФЗК МБУК ЯИЛМ . 3.13. Представляет в головной Музей предложения по подбору и расстановке сотрудников филиала.
