- ведение бухгалтерского учета имущества, обязательств и хозяйственных операций (учет основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей, расчеты с поставщиками за предоставленные услуги); - прием, контроль и обработка первичных документов; - составление журналов-ордеров с №1 по №8 в программе Смета; - подготовка штатного расписания по финансовому управлению с учетом изменений должностных окладов, надбавок; - начисление и выплата в установленные сроки заработной платы работников финансового управления, согласно установленного срока подача графика, бюджетной заявки на финансирование; - начисления и перечисления налогов и сборов в федеральный, региональный и местный бюджет, страховые взносы в государственные внебюджетные фонды; - своевременно производить расчеты, возникающие в процессе исполнения сметы расходов с организациями и отдельными физическими лицами в АС Бюджет; - вести контроль за использованием выданных доверенностей на получение материальных и других ценностей; - ведение главной книги; - составление и предоставление в установленном порядке и в предусмотренные сроки бухгалтерской отчетности: - министерство финансов Тульской области; - федеральную службу государственной статистики Астрал Отчет, - межрайонную инспекцию по налогам и сборам № 1 по Тульской области Налогоплательщик, - управление пенсионного фонда РФ по Воловскому району ПБУ 5, - региональное отделение социального страхования РФ, - отдел экологического надзора по Тульской области, - отдел планирования бюджета и межбюджетных трансфертов финансового управления; - ведение нормативных и других документов по вопросам бухгалтерского учета и отчетности, относящихся к компетенции бухгалтерских служб; - оформление документов на получение кредитов и осуществление расчетов по их погашению; - ведение контроля за не превышением кассовых расходов, над доведенными лимитам бюджетных обязательств; - составление Сметы расходов на текущий год ( 3 года); - подготовка ожидаемого исполнения Сметы расходов при уточнении бюджета; - при исполнении сметы расходов следить за передвижением кредитов по кодам бюджетной классификации; - ведение графика отпусков работников учреждения; - ведение номенклатуры дел; - сдача документов в архив; - хранение документов (регистры бухгалтерского учета, сметы расходов, первичные и другие документы) в соответствии с правилами организации государственного архивного дела; - внутренний государственный (муниципальный) финансовый контроль: - соблюдение требований к обоснованию закупок, предусмотренных статьей 18 Федерального закона и обоснованности закупок; - соблюдения правил нормирования в сфере закупок, предусмотренного статьей 19 Федерального Закона; - обоснования начальной (максимальной) цены контракта, цены контракта, заключаемого с единственным поставщиком(подрядчиком, исполнителем), включенной в план-график;
