отвечать за размещение и актуализацию сведений в Федеральной государственной информационной системе координации информатизации (ФГИС КИ), федеральной государственной информационной системе учета информационных систем (АИС Учета), на портале Открытые данные России; на портале автоматизированного сбора ведомственной статистической информации Федерального архивного агентства; осуществлять администрирование кабинетов комитета в государственных информационных системах Единый реестр видов контроля, Единый реестр контрольных (надзорных) мероприятий, Типовое облачное решение контрольно-надзорной деятельности обеспечивать работу государственной информационной системы Ставропольского края Автоматизированная информационная система архивной службы Ставропольского края являться уполномоченным лицом комитета для работы на Платформе государственных сервисов (ПГС 2.0), в Единой информационно-аналитической системе оказания государственных и муниципальных услуг в электронной форме с использованием портала государственных и муниципальных услуг (функций), предоставляемых (исполняемых) органами исполнительной власти Ставропольского края (ЕИАС); в федеральном и региональном реестре государственных услуг, технологическом портале федеральной государственной информационной системы Единая система иден- тификации и аутентификации в инфраструктуре, обеспечивающей информационно-технологическое взаимодействие информационных систем, используемых для предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг в электронной форме (ЕСИА); обеспечивать корректную работу закрытого информационного ресурса ССТУ.РФ, Единой информационно-аналитической системы и др.; обеспечивать направление копий автоматизированных баз данных Архивный фонд в установленном порядке; готовить сводные информации о наличии компьютерного оборудования, сетевой инфраструктуре и ведении тематических баз данных подведомственными и муниципальными архивами; обеспечивать администрирование официального сайта комитета в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет; осуществлять региональный государственный контроль (надзор) за соблюдением законодательства об архивном деле выполнять иные обязанности в установленной сфере деятельности.
