Основные должностные обязанности Работа с гостями:Встреча и регистрация. При заселении администратор проверяет документы (паспорт, миграционные карты для иностранцев), оформляет необходимые бумаги, вносит данные в систему, выдаёт ключи и информирует гостя об услугах отеля и правилах проживания. При выезде он проверяет состояние номера совместно с хозяйственной службой, закрывает счёт и оформляет документы. Отвечает на вопросы гостей о сервисах, условиях проживания, достопримечательностях и дополнительных услугах. Работа с жалобами. Оперативно реагирует на претензии, помогает разрешать конфликтные ситуации и информирует руководство о системных проблемах. Работа с бронированием. Ведёт актуальную картину загрузки номеров, вносит и корректирует бронирования в PMS-системе, фиксирует специальные пожелания гостей. Кассовые операции. Принимает оплату за проживание, питание и дополнительные услуги как наличными, так и безналичным способом. В конце смены формирует кассовый отчёт и передаёт данные в бухгалтерию. Контроль состояния номеров. Проверяет готовность номеров к заселению, следит за чистотой, сменой белья и сохранностью имущества. Координирует работу с уборочным персоналом, техническими специалистами, охраной и другими подразделениями для оперативного решения вопросов.Обработка входящей корреспонденции и звонков. Принимает и распределяет телефонные обращения, регистрирует письма, факсы и электронные сообщения.
