-Проведение осмотра и проверку состояния площадки для установки крана-манипулятора. -Ознакомление с проектом производства работ, технологическими картами на погрузочно-разгрузочные работы и технологическими картами складирования грузов; - Получение наряда-допуска на работу крана-манипулятора вблизи линии электропередачи (при необходимости). -Проведение внешнего осмотра металлоконструкций, устройств, механизмов и приборов крана-манипулятора. -Проведение установки крана-манипулятора на выносные опоры на краю откоса, котлована (канавы), ближе 30 м от линии электропередачи для выполнения работ. -Проверка на холостом ходу механизмов, устройств и приборов крана-манипулятора. - Контроль требований установки крана-манипулятора на выносные опоры, на краю откоса, котлована (канавы), ближе 30 м от линии электропередачи при выполнении строительных, монтажных и погрузочно-разгрузочных работ. -Контроль требуемых габаритов приближения к зданиям, сооружениям, механизмам. -Управление краном-манипулятором при производстве строительных, монтажных и погрузочно-разгрузочных работ. - Осуществление контроля технического состояния крана-манипулятора во время работы. -Осуществление обмена сигналами со стропальщиками при производстве работ с использованием крана-манипулятора. -Контроль складирования груза. - Контроль отсутствия людей и посторонних предметов в зоне действия крана-манипулятора. -Установка крана-манипулятора, на место, предназначенное для проведения технического обслуживания, принятие мер к его затормаживанию. -Выполнение работ по техническому обслуживанию крана-манипулятора в объеме, установленном в паспорте и руководстве (инструкции) по эксплуатации подъемного сооружения, производственной инструкции для машиниста кранов-манипуляторов. -Выполнение мелкого ремонта крана-манипулятора. -Составление заявок на проведение ремонта крана-манипулятора при выявлении неисправностей и дефектов.
