Разработка оформления для высокохудожественных книжных изданий, запланированных к выпуску в академической серии "Литературные памятники".

Высшее художественное образование со специализацией на книгах; возможность продемонстрировать свои достижения в виде уже изданных книг.

Соискатель должен уметь отлично рисовать и конструировать книги, знать книжный дизайн и типографику в их историческом развитии. Нужны не иллюстраторы, а оформители книг, способные вписать сюжетные элементы в разработанный ими же дизайн. Ожидается, что художник-дизайнер будет следовать книгоиздательской эстетике и практике соответствующего времени (обычно это издания XIX века и ранее, а потому надо очень хорошо знать соответствующие традиции, материальную и художественную культуру прошлых столетий), что он будет привлекать оригинальный дизайнерский материал, подбирая его самостоятельно, уметь при необходимости нарисовать элементы оформления (не только декоративные), которое в итоге должно быть вписано в жесткий конструктив серии. Просим не обращаться тех дизайнеров, всё мастерство которых сводится к тому, чтобы размещать на книжной странице композиции из квадратиков и прямоугольников из текста и кем-то со стороны подобранных картинок, сооружать нечто вроде франкенштейновского монстра, который получается у тех, кто пытается топорно сращивать друг с другом графические рисунки, отыскиваемые в Интернете, а сам не умеет рисовать. Чтобы лучше представить, о какого рода изданиях идет речь, надо зайти на сайт Научно-издательского центра "Ладомир", т.е. работодателя, и посмотреть книги серии "Литературные памятники" (у большинства выложена подборка оформленных страниц, для просмотра которых надо нажать кнопку "Полистать выборку"). Рекомендуем изучить, в частности, следующие издания: И. Таулер "Проповеди"; Дж. Остен "Гордость и предубеждение"; М. де Сервантес Назидательные новеллы; Курций Руф "История Александра Македонского Великого"; У. Бекфорд Ватек; В. и Я. Гримм Детские и домашние сказки; сборник Робин Гуд; А.Т. Аверченко Рассказы (юмористические); Д.-Г. Россетти Дом Жизни; Дж. Боккаччо Декамерон; Н.И. Гнедич Дон-Коррадо де Геррера; Ж. Мишле "История Французской революции"; Дион Хрисостом Вифинские речи . Если эти образцы оформления не вызовут у соискателя восторга и он напишет, что способен разрабатывать дизайн на гораздо более высоком уровне, такая возможность ему будет предоставлена. Но для первого знакомства необходимо выслать непосредственно в издательство (e-mail: [email protected]) свое резюме (с обязательным указанием, где получено высшее художественное образование) и уже выполненные работы по оформлению книг (не только обложек и переплетов!).
