Обеспечивает хозяйственное обслуживание и надлежащее состояние в арендуемых помещений, в которых расположены подразделения предприятия, а также осуществляет контроль за исправностью расположенных в них оборудования и коммуникаций. Принимает участие в разработке планов текущих и капитальных ремонтов помещений, системы энергоснабжения, системы отопления, средств связи, составлении смет хозяйственных расходов. Организует проведение текущего ремонта помещений, осуществляет контроль за качеством выполнения ремонтных работ. Обеспечивает подразделения предприятия мебелью, хозяйственным инвентарем, средствами механизации инженерного и управленческого труда, осуществляет наблюдение за их сохранностью и проведением своевременного ремонта. Укомплектовывает помещения офиса средствами пожаротушения, регулярно проверяет их рабочее состояние, следит за исправностью пожарной сигнализации. Организует оформление необходимых документов для заключения договоров на оказание услуг, производит закупку и последующую выдачу структурным подразделениям канцелярских принадлежностей, хозяйственных материалов, оборудования и инвентаря, ведет учет их расходования и составляет установленную отчетность. Взаимодействует со службами арендодателя по вопросам аренды помещений, снабжения электроэнергией, обеспечению телефонной связью. Организует и контролирует своевременное проведение уборки офисных помещений и кабинета Генерального директора. По мере необходимости организует и контролирует уборку прилегающей территории. Организует и контролирует проведение работ по мытью окон и обслуживанию сплит-систем согласно утвержденным графикам. Осуществляет деловое сотрудничество со сторонними организациями по вопросам обеспечения предприятия необходимым услугами, мебелью, хоз. инвентарем. Составляет ежемесячный бюджет расходов на закупку мебели, хозяйственного инвентаря, канцелярских принадлежностей согласно полученным заявкам от руководителей структурных подразделений. Контролирует передвижение материально технических ценностей в Организации.
