1. Формирование у получателей социальных услуг трудовых умений и навыков, подготовка их к применению полученных знаний на практике. 2. Проведение с получателями социальных услуг профориентационной работы, организация их общественно полезного и производительного труда, обеспечение выполнения программы обучения. 3. Принятие необходимых мер по оснащению мастерских оборудованием, техническими средствами и материалами, осуществление контроля за их сохранностью и рациональным использованием. 4. Организация проведения текущего и профилактического ремонта оборудования и технических средств или осуществление его. 5. Обеспечение выполнения получателями социальных услуг требований охраны труда и техники безопасности. 6. Обеспечение охраны жизни и здоровья получателей социальных услуг во время образовательного процесса. 7. Оказание при необходимости первой доврачебной помощи. 8. Применение навыков работы с персональным компьютером, электронной почтой и браузерами, мультимедийным оборудованием. 9. Выполнение правил по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. 10. Осуществление своей деятельности на высоком профессиональном уровне в соответствии с утвержденной рабочей программой. 11. Соблюдение правовых, нравственных и этических норм, следование требованиям профессиональной этики. 1 Уважение чести и достоинства получателей социальных услуг. 13. Развитие у получателей социальных услуг познавательной активности, самостоятельности, инициативы, творческих способностей, формирование гражданской позиции, способности к труду и жизни в условиях современного мира, формирование у получателей социальных услуг культуры здорового и безопасного образа жизни. 14. Применение педагогически обоснованных и обеспечивающих высокое качество образования форм, методов обучения и воспитания. 15. Учет особенностей психофизического развития получателей социальных услуг и состояния их здоровья, соблюдение специальных условий, необходимых для получения образования лицами с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, взаимодействие при необходимости с медицинскими организациями. 16. Систематическое повышение своего профессионального уровня. 17. Прохождение аттестации на соответствие занимаемой должности. 18. Прохождение в соответствии с трудовым законодательством периодических медицинских осмотров, а также внеочередных медицинских осмотров по направлению работодателя. 19. Прохождение обучения и проверки знаний и навыков в области охраны труда.
