Организация и руководство выполнением буровых работ на закреплённом участке карьера в соответствии с проектной документацией, паспортами БВР и плановыми заданиями. Обеспечение строгого соблюдения требований промышленной безопасности, охраны труда и внутренних стандартов компании при эксплуатации бурового оборудования. Контроль качества бурения скважин: соответствие диаметра, глубины, угла наклона и сетки скважин утверждённым паспортам БВР, проверка состояния скважин перед сдачей под заряжание. Руководство работой буровых бригад: расстановка буровых станков, определение очерёдности отбуривания блоков, контроль производительности и эффективности работы оборудования. Организация технического обслуживания и контроль исправности буровых станков, своевременное выявление неисправностей, взаимодействие с ремонтными службами. Ведение установленной технической и эксплуатационной документации: журналы буровых работ, сменные рапорты, акты замера скважин, отчёты о выполнении плановых показателей. Контроль соблюдения работниками смены технологических регламентов, инструкций по охране труда и промышленной безопасности, правил эксплуатации бурового оборудования. Участие в разборе причин нарушений, инцидентов, аварий и несчастных случаев, разработка и реализация мероприятий по их предотвращению. Взаимодействие со службами БВР, горнотранспортным участком, геологической и маркшейдерской службами по вопросам подготовки блоков к бурению и своевременной сдачи скважин под заряжание. Контроль расхода бурового инструмента, запасных частей и расходных материалов, участие в формировании заявок на материально-техническое обеспечение участка. Обучение, инструктаж и наставничество машинистов буровых установок и помощников машинистов, поддержание необходимого уровня трудовой дисциплины и культуры безопасности в смене. Оперативное реагирование на изменения горно-геологических условий, корректировка режимов бурения с целью обеспечения качества и безопасности работ.

Среднее-техническое или высшее горное образование; Наличие релевантного опыта работы на участке БВР на карьере; Наличие ЕКВ на право руководства ВР на открытых горных разработках.
