Разработка нормативных и методических документов по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации. Организация и участие в разработке (уточнении) мобилизационных планов и документов по их реализации в соответствии с поступившими указаниями (распоряжениями). Планирование и организация проведения мероприятий по подготовке к переводу и переводу Общества на работу в условиях военного времени. Разработка ежегодных планов мероприятий по мобилизационной подготовке Общества и планов работы по ведению воинского учета и бронированию граждан, пребывающих в запасе, в исполнительном аппарате Общества, разделов планов работы ОМПиГО на месяц по вопросам мобилизационной подготовки. Участие в мероприятиях по обеспечению функционирования систем управления, оповещения и связи в рамках компетенции ОМПиГО, в том числе в мероприятиях по созданию и поддержанию в постоянной готовности к применению резервных пунктов управления. Участие в планировании, подготовке и проведении учебных и учебно-практических мероприятий по мобилизационной подготовке, оформление отчетных документов по проведенным мероприятиям. Участие в планировании, организации и проведении учебно-методических и учебно-мобилизационных сборов по мобилизационной подготовке с работниками ОМПиГО филиалов, дочерних обществ

высшее образование, дополнительное профессиональное образование в области мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации; служба в Вооруженных Силах Российской Федерации на штабных должностях или опыт (стаж) практической работы в области мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации не менее 3 лет; допуск к работе со сведениями, составляющими государственную тайну; навыки (опыт) взаимодействия со специалистами органов исполнительной власти, органов местного самоуправления, военных комиссариатов, других ведомств и организаций, занимающихся вопросами мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации; знание компьютерных программ на уровне пользователя.
