- Ведет контроль за финансовыми операциями по обеспечению деятельности администрации; - Контролирует формирование на счетах бухгалтерского учета полных и достоверных данных для составления финансовой, налоговой и статистической отчетности; - Осуществляет контроль за своевременное составление и предоставление налоговой отчетности в налоговый орган; - Осуществляет контроль за имущественными правами и обязательствами администрации; - Контролирует реестр расходных обязательств, подлежащих исполнению в пределах лимитов бюджетных обязательств и бюджетных ассигнований; - Формирует учетную, политику администрации; - Осуществляет планирование и контроль за исполнением бюджетной сметы расходов по администрации: - Вносит предложения по формированию и изменению сводной бюджетной росписи; - Формирует перечень подведомственных ему получателей бюджетных средств; - Составляет, утверждает и ведет бюджетную роспись, распределяет бюджетные ассигнования, лимиты бюджетных обязательств по получателям бюджетных средств; - Контролирует расходование фонда оплаты труда, начисление пособий, налогов и своевременное перечисление их в бюджет: - Формирует бюджетную отчетность главного распорядителя бюджетных средств; - Участвует в работе совещательных органов администрации по вопросам, которые относятся к компетенции отдела: - Вносит главе администрации предложения по совершенствованию работы отдела, возбуждать в установленном порядке перед главой администрации вопрос о привлечении у дисциплинарной ответственности муниципальных служащих, которые препятствуют реализации задач и функций отдела; Осуществляет контроль за оформлением и исполнением постановлений и распоряжений главы администрации в пределах своей компетенции

-наличие высшего образования, -наличие стажа муниципальной службы на ведущих или старших должностях муниципальной службы не менее одного года или стаж работы по специальности, направлению подготовки - не менее двух лет.
