Обязанности: Разработка и актуализация основных процедур, регламентирующих процессы системы обеспечения качества Участие в расследовании отклонений с целью установлении причин и назначения САРА, оценка достаточности и эффективности САРА и отслеживание их выполнение Ведение учёта отклонений, САРА, контроль изменений, анализ рисков в электронной системе документооборота Ведение процесса Контроль изменений и Отслеживание выполнения мероприятий в планах внедрения изменений Проведение самоинспекций Оценка рисков в составе рабочей группы Формирование обзоров качества продукции Реализация процесса управления и квалификации поставщиков, организация регулярных оценок, аудитов поставщиков Вовлечение, мотивация и обучение персонала (по модулям внедрения электронной системы eQMS) Организация работы по подготовке и проведению внешних аудитов по системам стандартов GMP Участие в работе по оценке эффективности функционирования фармацевтической системы качества Составление gap-анализов на соответствие ФСК компании внешним нормативным документам, а также при выходе изменений во внешних нормативных документах Участие во внедрении проектов, направленных на постоянное улучшение фармацевтической системы качества Формирование отчётности

Высшее образование (химическое, фармацевтическое, биохимическое, химико-технологическое, биотехнологическое) Опыт работы на фармацевтическом предприятии (преимущественно, в отделе обеспечения качества) не менее 1 года Знания нормативной базы в области производства лекарственных средств Опыт разработки документации Опыт проведения самоинспекций Опыт расследования отклонений Опыт организации и проведения встреч, проактивность Сильные организационные навыки, способность добиваться выполнения задач Умение работать в команде, высокие коммуникативные навыки, умение анализировать информацию Организованность, пунктуальность, коммуникабельность, ответственность, расположенность к критическому мышлению, честность, уверенность в себе, стремление профессионально развиваться, доброжелательность Знание пакета MS Office, 1С
