Планирование и аналитика. Участвовать в разработке перспективных и текущих планов (финансовых, производственных), проводить расчёты себестоимости, рентабельности, прибыли. Анализировать показатели работы подразделения или организации, выявлять резервы повышения эффективности, предлагать меры по снижению издержек. Бюджетирование и финансовое управление. Участвовать в формировании бюджетов (детальных финансовых планов), контролировать их исполнение, работать с прогнозными балансами, управлять денежными потоками, оценивать эффективность инвестиционных проектов. Нормативное обеспечение. Разрабатывать и актуализировать внутренние нормативы (материальные, трудовые, финансовые затраты), следить за их соблюдением. Контроль и отчётность. Контролировать соблюдение финансовой дисциплины, целевое использование ресурсов, своевременность и корректность отчётности перед руководством или внешними органами. Методическая работа. Оказывать методическую помощь другим специалистам отдела, разрабатывать методические материалы по экономическим расчётам, внедрению новых методов учёта или автоматизации процессов. Участие в проектах. Вносить предложения по оптимизации бизнес-процессов с экономической точки зрения, участвовать в оценке экономической эффективности внедрения новой техники, технологий или организационных изменений. Взаимодействие. В рамках своих задач координировать работу с другими подразделениями, внешними организациями, участвовать в совещаниях и рабочих группах. Соблюдение норм. В зависимости от сферы соблюдать законодательство, правила делопроизводства, нормы этики, а в случае муниципальной службы ещё и требования законов о противодействии коррупции.
